Synergy PMP®! Is a group of professionals practicing in
the fields of Project Management and Knowledge
Management spanning all sectors from
conceptualization to planning and design, and human
capacity enhancement through trainings, coaching
and mentoring. Our focus is on creating casespecific,
innovative and highly effective point –
accurate project and knowledge management
solutions. This includes knowledge and project
management strategies for a more sustainable

Although Synergy PMP®! Started out as the global forprofit
“Sustainable Health System” project manager, it has with time based on demand
pressure as well as expanded organisational skills-set for projects, expanded its
organisational charter so as to include all sectors . It must particularly be mentioned of its
involvement in projects targeted at the fifth sector and marginalized groups (so-called
‘Bottom –of-the Pyramid, BOP) where it has carved a niche for itself in agriculture and ICT
for Development (ICT4D), including eHealth.
Synergy PMP®! Specialises in delivering PM and KM through the right approach for specific
geographic areas, communities or environment, so as to achieve maximum socio- economic
and environmental sustainability impact, through deployment of appropriate development
techniques and the use of project management best-practices. At the same time, it focuses
on building the capacity of the people who will need to own and implement these
Sustainable Development Strategies, so building people for enduring solutions - an
approach that actually walks the integrated, sustainable development talk.
Synergy PMP®! passion is to make a positive difference in a world that faces significant social,
economic and ecological challenges. Hence, its CSR is intricately woven in the fabric of the
work it does. It subscribes to the following principles in project work workplace:
