Specific problem to be addressed by the relatied objectice(s) ?
EU and it´s development requires strong input in reseach and development work. Increasing problem is the lack of qualified, skillful reseachers in EU countries. To solve this problems we have to look for partners outside EU countries. In Russia specially Saint Petersburg and Leningrad region is one of the most advanced region in technology education and reseach in the world.
Main project activities planned
The main activity is map Russian universities and institutes and find partners for long lasting reseach collaboration, where both sides will be winners.
This means joint projects with Russian partners and joint reseach work in EU countries and Russia.
Expected outputs and result(s)
As a result EU can have more talent people in their companies, unversities and institutes. The level of reseach work shall be higher and more competitive globally.
The economic life in EU shall have better situation in global competitiveness.
