Fluent Russian, a post-graduate qualification in a relevant field, a strong commitment to conflict transformation and two years project management experience in peacebuilding or a related field, experience in working with a wide range of social and political actors. The post requires a sound understanding of the region, organizational and community development and conflict transformation. |
