Job Description: |
* Coordination, further development and operation of the process for mid- and long-term planning of our programmes (educational offers for children, youth and families) and the monitoring and reporting thereof
* Further development and operation of the process and criteria for the description and approval of new programmes |
|
Requirements: |
* Master degree or equivalent professional qualification in social sciences or related
* Very good understanding of financial processes and numbers
* Experience in quality and/or process management, monitoring and evaluation
* Knowledge and experience in designing and analyzing statistic surveys
* Analytic and well structured thinking and working manner, intercultural competences and excellent communication skills
* Experience in the areas of monitoring and evaluation
* Three years working experience in a non-profit organisation
* Fluent English, working knowledge of German, preferably an additional foreign language (Spanish/French)
* Good computer-user skills |
