We are recruiting two Assistant Grant Monitoring Officers.
You will work with our Programme Funding Unit enabling them to maximise funding from governments and other organisations. You will also ensure we are able to continue to provide quality funding management information, and will provide essential support to our Grant Monitoring Officer.
In one role, you will focus on improving accountability on funding management and enhancing the quality of the relevant information. Ref 4787
In the other, you will aim to improve restricted funding management information making sure that our Funding Management System meets the needs of all users, and promptly provides all necessary reports. Ref 4788

Requirements: |
Energetic and flexible, you must have plenty of initiative and a high standard of accuracy. It is also important that you have a good knowledge of spreadsheets and information systems.

Offer: |
The standard working week at Save the Children is 35 hours. Start and finish times can agreed between yourself and your manager. Some flexibility of working hours may be required to meet Save the Children’s varying needs. Some posts are offered on a part-time basis and there is potential for job sharing in some roles.

Salary: |
Your starting salary will normally be at the minimum point of the grade you are appointed to and will rise by an incremental step (maximum of six) on each anniversary of your appointment. A cost of living increase is normally awarded in April each year. An additional allowance is given to those working in London.
