Foundation for Lubelskie Development was established in March 1990 and registered on February 8, 1993. The Foundation’s mission: Enhancing the quality of life on the inhabitants of the Lubelszczyzna region by supporting the development of enterpreneurship and competitive, knowledge-based economy. The Foundation has also its accredited experts in fields like: marketing, financial analysis, market research, co-operative law, agriculture economy, agricultural technology,financial management, preparing of business plans and feasibility studies, creating marketing groups, privatisation and property transformation, preparing the development strategy for gminas, powiats (by using EU methodology planning directed for goals, its inclued local citizens participation), full range services for gminas such as: budget planning, restructuring of communal enterprises, capital improvement programmes, EU and the proccess of integration.

Foundation for Lubelskie Development collaborates with many regional and national organisations. The Foundation is registered as the partner or signed the co-operation agreement with the following organisations: · European Union - Central Consultancy Register of DG1A (Registration No. POL-22200) · Zagranica Group · FAPA - Foundation of Assistance Programmes for Agriculture (Registration No. 427)
